Suzie Stach, Fresno

An art major in college, Suzie pursued a career in interior design for fifteen years. It was not until her children left home and started careers of their own that she began painting full time. When her husband, a fire investigator for the California Dept. of Forestry and Fire Protection District, needed a painting for his office she painted her first fire-related canvas. It was the start of a series of fire paintings that have been highly acclaimed and sold nationally. Her husband and brother are both fire captains, her daughter is a fire dispatcher, and her son-in-law is a firefighter, all with the California Dept. of Forestry. With all that "expert" experience, Suzie has great input for her subject matter. She is very proud of her family and all those in the emergency service that answer the call in the time of need.
