Like most shops that specialize in custom work on motorcycles and or hot rods, Road rage performance started out in a garage. Matt B and his wife Missy began by building up a 700 horsepower pro-street 56 Chevy dubbed the "Jinx." Long nights in the garage after work paid off well because after the Jinx hit the strip and streets, Matt began taking in work on other hot rods in the Fresno area and inevitably the bikes followed. In time the bikes eventually outnumbered the hot rods that came through the doors. Between building an exact replica of the chopper in the film "Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man" his day job and the growing list of regular customer's things were getting hectic. Before long the garage could no longer handle the flow of work coming in and out and it was time to find shop space and open doors to the public at large.
