For a number of years, Goss, Price & Associates served as a third-party administrator for small group health plans. Goss, Price & Associates successfully founded, administered and serviced health plans for employers in California, Oregon, and Nevada. By 1989, the company evolved into Price Associates Insurance Services, Inc. , a General Agent exclusively representing Blue Cross of California as it's sole health insurance carrier.
