Phoebe Wall Howard is president of Howard Consulting. Prior to running an agency, she worked for the largest public relations firm in the country. Howard spent 12 years working in newspapers, magazine, TV and radio. She is an Associated Press award winner and Pulitzer Prize nominee. As a political editor and columnist for The Fresno Bee, she oversaw election 2000 coverage out of Washington, D.C. and Central California and coordinated polls and televised political debates. She launched the "Quality of Life" public affairs series on Valley Public Radio stations KVPR-FM 89.3 and KPRX-FM 89.1, moderating discussions about issues relating to Central California.
