Crown Window Cleaning & Building Services, Inc., began operations in the San Joaquin Valley of California in 1973, providing janitorial and window cleaning services to local businesses. In the 1980's and 90's our service area grew to include Stockton, Oakland, and the central coast. Now, in the 21st century, we service Bakersfield to the Bay Area with connections to all of California, Oregon, Nevada, Texas and Illinois. In addition to high rise exterior maintenance, we also include a residential client list of over 1,000 homes. Crown Window Cleaning & Building Services, Inc., is a charter member of the International Window Cleaners Association (IWCA) and a member of the Scaffold Industry Association (SIA). Partners Ken Blair and Monti Cappelletty have been in the window cleaning business for a combined total of over 36 years. We have serviced everything from high rise buildings in Chicago, Illinois, to small 2-window storefronts in Clovis, California.
